An educational directory, not an emergency service. Spot Inspection is an educational directory that helps you find independent inspectors. It does not itself provide medical, financial or legal advice. In an emergency call 911.

Inspectors are independent. They are responsible for their services, credentials, prices and claims, and may not guarantee results.

Visitor identification. When you agree to these terms, we use the Core visitor-identification service run by our operator to recognize returning visitors and the businesses they work for, so our team and network can follow up. We record that you visited — not the topics you read — and we never sell your information or use advertising trackers. You can ask us to stop and delete it at privacy@spotinspection.com.

Our network. Spot Inspection is part of the R0cketShip network, sponsored by Somatic Experiences and Therapists.plus, and works with Providers.plus and Provider Back Office. Links to them are clearly labeled; each has its own terms.

Credentials are shown as provided by the inspector and checked where possible; that is not an endorsement or a guarantee of outcomes.
